Delivery Information
We’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible. All items are dispatched on the same day of purchase to ensure a fast and efficient service.
For UK customers, delivery may take up to 7 working days. If you're ordering from outside the UK, please allow up to 3 weeks for your items to arrive.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes your courier details and tracking information. If you have any concerns about your delivery, we recommend contacting the courier directly, as they will have the most accurate and up-to-date information about your shipment.
How Do I Know My Size?
Finding your perfect fit is easy. When selecting your size, you’ll see a recommended height listed next to each size option to help guide your choice.
Please note that our sizes increase in length only, not width. This means the fit stays consistent around the body, while the length changes with each size.
For example, if you're 5'6", you would wear a size 56.
If you're still unsure or in between sizes, feel free to reach out — we're happy to help!
Wash Care
While our abayas and thobes are made with the highest quality materials and craftsmanship, many designs feature delicate beadwork and intricate embroidery. To help preserve the beauty and detail of your garment, we strongly recommend hand washing with care.
Avoid machine washing, harsh detergents, or wringing the fabric, as this can damage the embellishments and fabric over time. Treat your piece gently to ensure it stays looking its best.
International Customs
If you are placing an order from outside the UK, please be aware that your package may be subject to customs charges, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country. These fees are not included in the price of your order and must be paid by you, the customer.
Failure to pay the required customs charges may result in your item being returned to us. In this case, we will not be able to offer a refund, as the shipping and handling process will already have been completed.
We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing your order to avoid any unexpected fees.
Returns Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we do accept returns under the following conditions:

Items must be returned in perfect, unworn condition.

We do not accept returns for items showing signs of wear, including (but not limited to):

Stains or marks

Perfume or other odours

Missing beading

Removed tags

Returns will also not be accepted if there are missing pieces, such as a missing hijab or belt.
Please note:

Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from your final refund amount.

We do not refund the original delivery fee from your order.
How to Return an Item

Fill out the return form below, detailing the reason for your return.

Once submitted, wait for a response with your return slip — this may take up to 3 business days.

After receiving your return slip, package your order securely and send it back to us.

Once your return reaches us, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return requirements.

If your item passes inspection, your refund (minus the return postage fee) will be processed. Please allow a few days for the refund to reflect in your account.

If your item fails inspection, you will be contacted and will need to cover the postage cost to have the item returned to you. In this case, a refund will not be issued.
International Returns
Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any orders placed outside of the UK. All international sales are final, so please double-check sizing and details before placing your order.
